CBHT is a Welcoming and Accepting Community
Congregation Beth HaTephila is focused on being a Community that is welcoming and accepting of all people.
A central premise of our Congregation is to be a Temple that embraces diversity and respects the dignity and uniqueness of each individual and family. CBHT celebrates this diversity by practicing “Audacious Hospitality,” the core of which is inclusion.
We strive to eliminate any barriers to full participation and welcome interfaith families, Jews of any color, LGBTQ, and individuals with disabilities.
Inspired by the tenets and practice of Reform Judaism, and enriched by the diversity within our Community, we endeavor to provide an environment of mutually supportive relationships and engagement with Temple Life.
It is this sense of communal connection that exemplifies Congregation Beth HaTephila.
