Jewish Contemplative Yoga is:

In conjunction with local yoga instructor and musician Luna Ray (Facebook page), Rabbi Meiri periodically offers Jewish Contemplative Yoga series.

In these classes, music, movement, mediation are connected with Jewish themes to give participants a deeply embodied experience of the seasonal cycles in the Jewish calendar. Series titles include: Moving into the High Holidays (Summer), Bowing to the Light (Winter), and The Ladder Leading to Sinai (Spring). Watch the calendar for future offerings.
