For millennia, spiritual traditions have responded to the diminishing light of the winter by kindling lights and with rituals turning our attention to the light within.

In this 4 -week series, Hanukkah themes will inspire our movement, song and sharing to focus us on bringing forth our inner light.

No experience with yoga necessary.  All movement can be adapted to fit all bodies and abilities
